The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website.

Privacy and Security
Cold Case uses your personal information to process your transaction and to enable delivery of goods or services to you. Otherwise we do not collect or disclose personal information other than for us to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Purchase Method

The customer's credit or debit card is debited by Paypal at the time of processing the purchase. Cold Case does not have access to card details.

Supply of Printed Books

Cold Case will post your printed book as soon as possible on receiving your order and payment.

In Focus Press reserves the right at its sole discretion not to supply certain customers, or customers in certain countries, or to apply any limitations of quantity or value deemed appropriate.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order, in part or in whole, within 24 hours of ordering. Simply contact us. Once you cancel an order any sums due to you will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Returns and Refunds below.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are accepted by Cold Case where the customer has received an un-ordered book, or a book damaged in transit, or a faulty book. In such circumstances please contact us and return the damaged book. We will endeavour to replace it or refund you as soon as possible on receiving the returned book.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Cold Case makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk and all materials and information on the website are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Any grievance or dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
